Engineer Abroad

Why go abroad for an engineering internship? And Why not? When you have a personal agenda of doing so! If you are a top notch engineer and vying for a place in a foreign country who speaks Spanish language then the best thing to do is to go for an engineering internship abroad and polish the Spanish language.

Let me clarify this first; if you want to learn the Spanish language; of course your personal effort is really counted. So if you self study first; then you are really on the first step in getting fluent with the language. Second; of course if you study alone the motivation would entirely be lost; so you enroll yourself in a Spanish class then third; seek for an internship abroad to practice your skills.

Internship abroad offers are varied and many and thus you have to choose carefully. Though I do not deem it futile to intern for a field that is not related to your career path for you will still gain insights on the language. But internship in your field could entirely make a difference.

Chile can be a good destination for an internship abroad. Besides the language and the learning you get you have a chance to visit the tourist destination in the country. As an engineer seeing different engineer-made structure is a big help in your career experience.

Graduate internship abroad in Chile means extensive Spanish language class for weeks; an excursion and then you got to start on a program that you had chosen. You have two supervisors to report to; an English-Spanish supervisor and the Spanish supervisor.

Your job is a guaranteed engineering job thus you will be able to use your skills as the Spanish language as your medium of communication. This time you will understand terms specifically owned by the Engineering industry.
