Your wish would be granted if you just can pass all the required information they needed from you. Recently, the Korean government was just released some updates regarding Korean students to do their internships in the U.S. The purpose of the Korean government is to give their students the opportunity to learn the English language as well as undergo their preferred internship program in the country. Accordingly, the Korean government estimated of up to 5, 000 local students to send in the U.S to fulfill their dreams.
On the other hand, the officials said that they will be accepting applications starting this month from all the local college Korean students. If you want to be among the 300 students send to U.S next year in the month of March, then pass all the necessary requirements they needed. Korean students will be given the chance to immerse their internship in the U.S for 18 months. They will be exposing and train in the business-classes and they will be exposing to learn the English language. They will also be given the opportunity to be exposed in the educational institutions for about five months, do interns within U.S local companies for about 12 months and touring the country for a month before flocking back in Korea.
For your information you should have at least an average college grade of 3.0 above and a Test of English for International Communication score of about 600 or more. Aside from that you should also ask for letters of recommendation from your school. While for students who have four-year colleges must have completed at least two years of a coursework before they could apply for the said program. And for students who only have two-year colleges must have completed at least a year. If you were a college graduate of four years you could also apply for the said program. The recent announced program will accept applications twice a year during the summer and winter seasons. So if you were a Korean student who were eager to study abroad, this would be your great opportunity.
