Four years ago students have chosen their field of expertise and this year will be their year of internship. Their choices four years ago will determine their demand on the internship market. Will these students join the top most demand paid internship? Or will they join the group of students who begs their way to a post and position and work without pay? Or others chose to work unpaid but also got the best experience and get most demand in the job market.
Paid internships never come so easy. A few post and vacancies opens and thousands of applicants fight for the internship vacancies. And I am pointing towards local internship market.
